How the Fast tracked passport control works:
Suvarnabhumi VIP Fast Lane passage
- The most economical of the fast track services. Passengers will meet with our staff at a location near the VIP fast track area(not at the arrival gate).
- The staff will guide you to the designated VIP fast lane counter, after having a quick look at your travel documents, to ensure that your official entry into Thailand occurs without any delays.
- After passport control, passengers will be met by another assistant, who will assist with collecting suitcases from the baggage claim area and then guide you to car or meeting point in the arrival hall, where the service will be concluded. Service until the car is only available if the pick up vehicle holds green or yellow license plates. If cars holds black and white plates please ask the driver to park in the parking building and collect you from meeting point at outer door number 3 on the 2nd floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport terminal.
Suvarnabhumi VIP Arrival with Golf cart service
- Our friendly concierge will meet & greet you with airport buggy at the arrival gate, holding an sign with your name.
- She or he will drive you from the arrival gate to our waiting staff at the VIP fast track area, who will in turn guide you to the designated VIP fast lane counter, after having a quick look at your travel documents.
- After passport control another assistant will assist with collecting suitcases and then guide you to car or the meeting point in the arrival hall, where the service will be concluded. Service until the car is only available if the pick up vehicle holds green or yellow license plates. If cars holds black and white plates please ask the driver to park in the parking building and collect you from meeting point at outer door number 3 on the 2nd floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport terminal.
Don Mueang Airport VIP Arrival Service
- Our friendly Airport concierge will meet & greet with you at the arrival gate, holding a sign with your name or a more discrete expression like a company name, logo, initials, etc.
- She or he will guide you to and through the passport control area, skipping any queues.
- Once you have collected your bags from the Don Mueang Airport baggage claim area, she or he will then guide you past customs and take you to one of our limousines, SUVs or Vans, that just then pulls up in front of the arrival hall of DMK Airport. If you are traveling by other means of transportation, you can be taken to it in stead.
Bangkok Airports VIP Departure Service
- Our friendly Airport congierge will meet & greet with you at a previously agreed on location in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name.
- (S)he will then guide you to your airline check-in counter and once checked-in, guide you to the exclusive fast track counters, where (s)he will ensure that your official exit from Thailand occurs without any delays. If so required, (s)he accompanies you to the VAT refund claim center. Please notify our staff before check-in if you require VAT refund assistance.
- After directing you to your departure Gate, or your lounge, this Bangkok Airport fast track service is concluded.
Visa on Arrival Service
- Visitors from countries that are allowed to use the convenient Visa on Arrival service, will be happy to know that these applications can be fast tracked as well. This VOA fast track & assistance service can save them a considerable amount of time, since it's not uncommon for several flights from the same country to arrive at the same time, thus creating very long lines at the visa-on-arrival counters. To make things worse: these V.O.A. counters are not the same as the regular passport control counters, adding an additional queue to the process of entering the Kingdom of Thailand. .
Please note that our charge for this Visa On Arrival assistance and fast track service does NOT include the Thailand's Visa fee of 2000 baht (as of Dec. 2022) nor charges for the photo / document service (currently 250-300 baht). Suvarnabhumi airport VOA assistance & fast track service is available to citizens of a limited number of countries that are listed on the VOA info page , the page that also shows the requirements and limitations of Visa on Arrival in Thailand. Travelers from many countries will NOT require a visa on arrival, so our system will only display the Visa on Arrival option once you have selected a nationality that is on the list. Countries that CAN apply for Visa on arrival, but can not use our fast track service for it are currently: China, Chinese Taiwan, Kenya and India, but other may (have) be(en) added after this page was published. - However, we can now offer a pre-check service for passengers holding Chinese, Indian, Chinese Taiwanese or Kenyan passports. - Cancellations for this VIP Fast track Service that reach us 24 or more hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. After this time all payments related to the fast track service are strictly non-refundable.
- Kindly note that since you will be taken through the VIP / Diplomatic lanes, a certain amount of decency will expected. Please refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts / tank tops, (half) bikinis or very short skirts, flip flops or other wear that might be deemed inappropriate by the officers. If our host(esse)s find a customer's clothing to be inappropriate they have the right to not take them through fast track lanes, but use regular passport control lanes in stead, without the right to a (partial) refund.
